Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with a few exceptions detailed below. Non-Refundable Purchases
All sales of digital products on quadrocube.com are considered final once the key has been delivered.
This includes:
Keys that have been displayed on the screen, emailed to your address, or made accessible in your account.
Situations where the game or platform is incompatible with your system or geographic region.
Accidental purchases, including incorrect platform or title selection.
Buyer's remorse or a simple change of mind after the key has been delivered.
Failure to redeem the key due to user-side issues, such as typing errors, expired promotional offers, or failure to meet platform requirements.
As a user, it is your responsibility to:

Ensure you are logged into the correct account and have provided an accurate email address.

Valid Grounds for Refund
While refunds are generally not provided, we may issue a refund under limited and specific circumstances:
The key provided was already redeemed, invalid, or defective and cannot be activated.
Your product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to a confirmed system failure or error on our end.
You were charged twice for the same transaction or made an accidental duplicate order within a short time frame.

Include your full name, order number, and email address used for the transaction.
Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including supporting evidence such as screenshots of error messages, redemption attempts, or payment confirmations.
Our customer support team will review your case and respond within 1–3 business days. We may request further information before making a final decision.
Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Fraud and Abuse
To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect our users and partners, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against misuse of the refund process.
The following behaviors may result in denial of refund and further action:
Submitting false or misleading claims to obtain free content.
Repeated refund requests without valid cause.
Chargeback attempts initiated through your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team.
Use of stolen payment information or suspicious account activity.
If any such behavior is detected, we reserve the right to:
