USE UTILITIES TO OUTWIT THE [HOST] Each Utility has unique way of skewing the odds of the game. Use their various effects to your advantage! A ZERO-SUM GAME Every card type has a fixed amount. Count them to make the best decision possible. But count carefully, the [HOST] is keeping track as well.
